Mac had a dream as a child growing up in St. Louis, Missouri, that he would one day live and work by the ocean coast in California. As Mac explains, "The Lord knew my desires, as I experienced the Ocean for the first time at 24 yrs. of age. I drove by faith to California in my 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass, with approximately $2,000 dollars to my name. I began my Real Estate career in 1989 at this time. I spent the next 10 years learning how to become the best lender, Realtor, friend, son, and brother, before launching my first mortgage company partnership in 1999. A few years later, while our industry changed and greed became a motivator for most, I saw a need for a higher educated standard within our network of lenders and Real Estate Professionals. My vision and new corporation, COAST CAPITAL could eliminate multiple Agency fees and inferior representation for the consumer.
